Preparation
Blue Butterfly Herbal Tea
Add one tsp to a cup of 80’C hot water and steep for 5 min. Drink in worm
Blue Butterfly Pea Beverage
Add one tsp on water / ice water with one tsp of honey and a few drops of lemon juice
